  1. Can I dye my wig?
    Yes, you can. Our wigs are made from premium quality hair, which allows dyeing. Please follow proper dyeing instructions or consult a professional stylist to maintain the quality of your unit.
  2. Can I return my wig if I’m not happy with it?
    No. All sales are final. We only allow exchanges within 5 days if the wig is faulty due to our error. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more details.
  3. Can I come shop in store?
    Not yet. We are currently an online-only store while we work towards establishing a physical shop. All orders can be placed directly through our website.
  4. Do you offer lay-by?
    Yes, we do. Our lay-by option allows you to pay 30% of the selling price upfront and settle the balance within 3 months. Your order will be shipped once full payment has been received.
  5. Is lay-by available on sale units?
    No. Lay-by is not available on discounted or sale items.

• Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on all wigs.
• Delivery Timeframe: Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days. Deliveries to remote locations may take 3–5 business days.
• Shipping & Tracking: As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive shipping and tracking details via email. Customers are responsible for tracking and tracing their parcels, as well as communicating directly with the delivery company if needed.
• Couriers Used: We use The Courier Guy and Fastway Couriers for deliveries.
• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
  • We cannot be held liable for delays caused by incorrect billing or courier addresses.
  • Once your order departs our facility, the delivery address cannot be changed or corrected.

Returns & Exchange

No Returns: All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
Exchanges: Exchanges are only allowed if the weave is found to be faulty due to our error.
  • Customers must notify us and request an exchange within 5 days of delivery.
  • Every item is carefully inspected before leaving our facility. If you believe you’ve received a faulty product, you will need to provide clear proof (photos/videos).
  • Our team will assess the claim to confirm whether the fault is from our end before approving an exchange.

Exclusions: Exchanges will not be granted for issues caused by incorrect handling, installation, styling, dyeing, or general wear after delivery.
